This week, we took Deconstructing IoT fifteen blocks north to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts to talk with Tom Igoe, a professor in the school’s Interactive Telecommunications Program and, among other things, one of the minds behind Arduino. Tom spoke with us about the challenges the Internet of Things poses to designers, the relationship between consumer and industrial IoT applications, some of his favorite Arduino creations, and more.
